Your first visit to any of our three clinics is completely free and takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Here is exactly what happens — no surprises, no pressure.
Arrival & Check-in
Arrive at your chosen clinic — Banjara Hills, Kondapur, or Ameerpet. Our reception team will check you in and complete a brief health history form. The process is entirely paperless at all three locations.
Clinical Photography
Your orthodontist will take standardised clinical photos of your teeth, smile, and facial profile. These photos are used in your ClinCheck treatment simulation and help document your starting point for comparison after treatment.
iTero Digital Scan
A precise 3D scan of your teeth is taken using the iTero Element intraoral scanner. The scan takes approximately 5 minutes and replaces messy physical impressions entirely. The result is a highly accurate digital model of your dentition.
Doctor Consultation
Your MDS orthodontist reviews your photos, scan, and any X-rays required. They examine your bite, spacing, and alignment in detail, and discuss your smile goals, lifestyle considerations, and any concerns you may have.
ClinCheck Smile Preview
Using Align Technology's ClinCheck software, your orthodontist demonstrates a simulated animation of how your teeth will move at each stage of treatment — ending with your projected final smile. You see the expected result before committing to anything.
Treatment Plan & Next Steps
You receive a clear treatment plan with timeline, aligner count, and total cost. Our team explains EMI options, the aligner delivery timeline (typically 2–3 weeks), and what to expect during treatment. Questions are actively encouraged.
